Avon Dassett Parish Plan was fully adoped in October 2007. The final version was completed in February 2008 and there was a launch to update the village on progress against the Action Plan on 9th March 2008. The Parish Plan incorporated a Housing Needs Survey.

Avon Dassett Parish Council regularly reviews the validity of the Parish Plan and also conducts regular updates to the associated action plan.
