Under the terms of Legal Topic Note 40 issued by the National Association of Local Councils we are required to keep minutes for an indefinite period. By arranging for them to be stored at Warwick Records Office we are better able to ensure that we can meet this requirement.

The Clerk issues interim reports to inform the Councillors and residents in between meetings.
