Responsibilities:
I moved to the village in the summer of 2012 having lived for 25 years on the edge of Warwick. I was immediately made very welcome by everyone in the
village and now feel very much part of the community in this attractive and beautifully tranquil South Warwickshire village.
I retired in 2013 from the Architectural practice in Coventry where I was the senior partner after some 45 years as an architect working on a wide variety of buildings including the
International Convention Centre in Birmingham.
I now utilise my spare time and skills as a member of the Avon Dassett
Community Benefits Society in order to help the village retain its character and charm and help to ensure that the limited funds available are spent in the best possible way and in the best interests
of the village as a whole as well as ensuring that the village pub remains open for the benefit of the entire community.
My interests are rugby, gardening, my dogs and more rugby! I have been a life-member at Kenilworth RFC since 1987 where I am heavily involved in helping the club as Project Coordinator to
relocate and develop a new facility on the edge of Kenilworth.
